INSOMNIA

Good quality sleep is incredibly important for our mental, emotional and also physical health. If we don´t sleep well we notice we start having problems concentrating and focussing, but most importantly we notice it strongly affects our sense of wellbeing and happiness.

Insomnia is almost always caused by a brain that is too vigilant. This can be the result of everyday stress, long lasting stress, feelings of anxiety or a number of other reasons.

The good news is that sleep issues will normally show in an EEG and in the brainwave patterns; and therefore are highly responsive to neurofeedback training.
